Yeah I was on holiday for approx 3 weeks, I went to some awesome places here in Australia, I'll upload some photos later this week :) currently i'm little busy with studies and I'm a candidate for the USQ student election, I would be extremely grateful if inform your mates who's studying at USQ to drop in a vote. here is the link of my page.

Gluten Free recipies

Entrée:
Herb Cheese Bread

Ingredients

2 slices of GF bread
1/2 a cup of grated cheese
1/4 tea spoon of chopped fresh herbs
1 teaspoon of butter

Directions

Toast the bread, spread with butter then sprinkle the herbs and cheese on top. Place under grill till golden brown.

Main Meal:
Spaghetti and Meat Sauce

Just cook your spaghetti and meat sauce the way you would before you became gluten free.

500g mince steak
1 box (250g) of GF spaghetti
